Stormshield announces the launch of its new range of firewalls, which will be previewed at FIC 2023. A range of firewalls addressing the needs of small businesses, agencies and remote sites with two new firewalls.
This new SN-S-Series range complements the SN-M-Series range, which has been on the market since June 2022 and is aimed at medium-sized companies or large branch offices.
SN-S-Series: modularity through simple license changes
Based on the same principle, the new SN-S-Series platform adapts to changes in the size of company infrastructures with a simple change of licence. Customers will be able to upgrade their SN-S-Series 220 firewall to the SN-S-Series 320 and scale their network protection from 50 to 100 concurrent users, with scalable throughput from 4 Gbps to 8 Gbps.
The range also offers 1Gb fibre and 2.5Gb copper connections to ensure better performance, and trusted SD-WAN connectivity that integrates seamlessly into customers' infrastructures. The high availability offered by Stormshield solutions ensures business continuity in the event of failure, which can be enhanced by adding an optional redundant power supply. Finally, data confidentiality remains optimal through TPM chip secrecy, IPsec VPN, intrusion prevention and an integrated microSD port.
