Stormshield, a leading European player in the cybersecurity market, announces the acquisition of its second Positive Company® star. This French label, recognised at European level, rewards the company’s CSR commitment and its ambitions in this field.

In March 2023, Stormshield launched a strategic approach to obtain the Positive Company® CSR label, which recognises ambitious companies in terms of sustainability and supports them in transitioning towards practices that are more respectful of the environment, society, humanity, and life. As a result, Stormshield earned its first star, marking a milestone in its journey. Next, in 2023, the company completed its carbon assessment. This crucial step for obtaining the second star has just been validated with a score of 60.56/100 – an improvement of nearly 6 points.

Investment and progress in CSR initiatives

For this second star, Stormshield was again evaluated on five CSR themes: governance, environment, activity, societal, and social. The company had to conduct a self-assessment involving 200 questions and provide irrefutable evidence to meet the audit requirements. Additionally, an anonymous survey was conducted among its stakeholders: employees, clients, and suppliers.

Key figures from the survey include:

  • 70% response rate among employees, showing a strong level of engagement on the subject.
  • 85% of employees recommend Stormshield as an employer.
  • 88% of employees feel that the company offers a good work-life balance.
  • 100% of suppliers consider Stormshield a responsible company.
  • 94% of clients are willing to recommend Stormshield’s services.
