The Marketing Operations and Communication team is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams in achieving their results.
Your mission will be to manage and optimize Stormshield’s lead generation campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in data analysis, CRM management, and Marketing Automation (Salesforce and Pardot).
✏️What is the job description for Lead Generation Specialist?
You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring Lead Generation campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and following up on qualified leads with our sales teams.
Your main tasks will include:
- Implementing marketing campaigns:
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams for Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and cross-selling.
- Recommending and creating automated workflows (emailing, scoring, personalization, segmentation).
- Sales follow-up and animation:
- Managing and integrating databases into the CRM.
- Creating and monitoring campaigns in the CRM.
- Following up on MQL/SQL leads.
- Coordinating with sales teams to optimize the treatment of qualified leads.
- Update, analysis, and reporting:
- Managing and segmenting databases to improve campaign relevance.
- Configuring and optimizing processes and tools.
- Reporting on campaign performance and optimizing customer journeys.
- Technological watch:
- Analyzing trends and proposing innovative solutions.
