️⭐Who we are looking for?
Do you come from the world of IT or system and network integration and wish to work in R&D (Research and Development)? We are looking for someone who enjoys setting up prototypes with network equipment and also developing automated tests.
As part of a dynamic and creative team, you will contribute to strengthening our Quality Assurance team on our major solutions. You will independently set up and prototype various IT system and network environments (switches, routers, firewalls, servers, and applications) to then test our Stormshield firewalls in different configurations. You will analyze the behavior of our products with the network traffic you have generated and provide analysis and recommendations to our development teams.
✏️ What is the job description for the QA Engineer - System and Network?
- Testing and measuring the performance of firewall software developments.
- Conducting performance measurements of our products (capacity and limits).
- Advising the teams on load testing and stress testing to assess the reliability and robustness of the solutions.
- Maintaining and optimizing performance-testing infrastructures.
- Deploying our software products in different conditions to assess their performance and measure their impacts.
- Developing test tools to ensure the reproducibility of performance measurements.
- Diagnosing performance deviations and working on solutions for error correction (production, analysis of test systems, analysis, etc.).
- Offering proposals to improve products (functionalities and quality).
- Assisting other Stormshield teams (technical support, sales, developers, etc.) and providing support on performance topics.

- Performance measurement: Spirent Test Center, Spirent Avalanche, Spirent CyberFlood, Cisco TRex, Realistic Traffic Generator.
