Hardware maintenance of your SNS equipment
All our packs include hardware maintenance approaches for physical products (Stormshield Network Security firewalls), plus à la carte services to enhance your maintenance offers.
- Remote Office Security Pack: offered specifically for the protection of small remote sites, connected directly to their central site via a VPN tunnel.
- UTM Security Pack: for companies seeking unified protection against web and email-borne threats and control over user browsing activities.
- Premium UTM Security Pack: this pack is aimed at companies with demanding security requirements. It delivers the best technologies for countering the most advanced attacks.
- Enterprise Security Pack: designed for companies with separate protection solutions for each security function, this pack combines the added value of Stormshield Network Security firewalls with Next-Generation Firewall features.
And to meet the needs of our industrial customers, we have designed two other security packs dedicated to the specific requirements of industrial infrastructures: Industrial Security Pack and Industrial Plus Security Pack.
Software maintenance & vendor expertise

Hardware exchanges and custom services
In the event of a hardware failure in one of our products, it is simply exchanged for a similar replacement product thanks to the manufacturer’s guarantee.
