Hardware maintenance of your SNS equipment
All our packs include hardware maintenance approaches for physical products (Stormshield Network Security firewalls), plus à la carte services to enhance your maintenance offers.
- Essential Security Pack: for businesses looking for unified protection. With network segmentation, secure communications, SD-WAN, intrusion prevention and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), they are assured of an essential level of security;
- Premium Security Pack: this pack is designed for businesses with demanding security requirements. It provides the best technologies to counter the most advanced attacks. The advanced antimalware system with emulation technology, AI-optimised sandboxing (Breach Fighter) and URL filtering in Cloud mode (Extended Web Control) guarantee the level of protection expected by organisations with demanding security requirements.

Hardware exchanges and custom services
In the event of a hardware failure in one of our products, it is simply exchanged for a similar replacement product thanks to the manufacturer’s guarantee.
